Rent Out The Brewery!

We’re excited to announce that Loose Rail Brewing is officially available for private party bookings! If you are looking for a rustic-style production brewery and taproom for your next event, LRB is a great alternative to more traditional rental venues around the area. Our brewery features a fully-staffed bar with eight taps, seating for 60-70 people (standing room for 80), an outdoor patio that provides additional seating during the warmer months (100 total max. occupancy). and is available during both business hours and outside business hours (inquire further for availability and rates.) The brewery is outfitted with three large flat-screen televisions, a retractable projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations, and an amazing audio system (with auxiliary hookup) suitable for any style of music. So whether you are planning a company celebration, birthday party, corporate event, group meeting, fundraiser, reunion, alumni event, team building exercise, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bachelor or bachelorette party, Loose Rail Brewing is the place for you! Thank you for considering us for your upcoming event.

Loose Rail Brewing is available to host events 7 days a week and can be booked in 2-hour minimum blocks. Additional time can be added at a price per hour charge if available. We require a deposit of half the rental fee to confirm your reservation. No outside food is permitted except for cake/cupcakes for events. Outside food is waived if your rental is 4+ hours for your event and you would like to provide your own food **(requires a 4 hour minimum rental, upstairs or downstairs)**. Kitchen tab for all rentals must be a $200 dollar minimum unless the 4 hour minimum time frame is booked. There is an automatic 25% gratuity added to the minimum bar tab of $200 for ALL rentals. The remainder of your rental fee is due at the time of your event. Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled event. All fees can be paid with either cash, credit card or check. There is a minimum rental time of 2 hours and guests are permitted 30 minutes before and after their reserved rental time for set up/clean up.

Need a fresh Loose Rail Brewing keg or need to rent a Jockey Box to serve our beer cold? We go you covered!!

Jockey Box Rentals!

Serve beer in style for your party or event with our three tap jockey box! All you need is the ice, tubs, cups & beer!

Drop your kegs in ice, connect said kegs to the 3 provided couplers, turn on the CO2 and start pushing through that beer while keeping it fresh! (Unlike those party pumps!)

Included in this rental are:

• Three tap jockey box (polyethylene, blue in color) complete with faucets and beer handles.

• CO2 tank and regulator for serving beer, and keeping it fresh (no pumping, no air introduced!)

• Three couplers for attaching up to 3 kegs.

• All tubing and connectors.

*Tubs are available with the rental of a jockey box for an additional charge*

 It's Just Policy...

We do NOT rent kegs for personal kegerator use (Sorry!).

$50 deposit per keg plus the cost of beer (prices vary).

$5oo deposit for jockey box rental due at pickup.

Jockey boxes can be rented for $100 per day or $150 for the weekend.

Kegs do not include a hand tap or jockey box.

Beer availability is subject to change.

We require kegs to be returned within 5 days of your pickup date.

An additional $5 per day will be charged if kegs are not returned within 5 days.

A charge of $25 will be taken from the deposit of any rented jockey box that is not returned clean.

Anyone involved in picking up a keg or jockey box must be at least 21 years of age.

Anyone renting out our brewery, a keg or jockey box is required to sign a rental agreement.

Deposit will immediately be charged to a credit card and refunded when the keg(s) and/or jockey box are returned.

Please contact Loose Rail Brewing at least 3 days prior to your keg and/or jockey box pickup date to set up your reservation.

*Because of the high volume of inquiries we receive, all communication for rental inquiries is handled through our email which can be found below in our contact information. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response to any rental inquiries or questions you may have, although we will likely e-mail you much sooner. Questions concerning rentals cannot be answered by our bar staff in person or over the phone.*
