Barrel Aged Stout • ABV 9.5% • Aged for 6 months in barrels previously holding both bourbon and pure maple syrup. The result is pure decadence: chocolate, smoky oak, cherry, and maple.

Irish Red Ale • ABV 6.8% - 24 IBU's • Our annual release for ALL first responders and military. Red in appearance, this Irish ale is brewed with Columbus hops adding earthy and spicy aromas. Mid bodied with a refreshing finish. Pairs well with honoring first responders.

IPA • ABV 6.3% - 32.5 IBU's • Our flagship hazy IPA is loaded with citrus notes from Citra and Amarillo hops. Mango and guava add the juicy flavor and feel to this mild bodied IPA. Pairs well with lounging by the pool or grilling out with friends.

Peach Shandy • ABV 4.1% - 12 IBU's • Our flagship peach shandy is brewed with Amarillo hops and blended with our peach lemonade. Golden in appearance with aromas of peach, this mid bodied shandy finishes sweet and refreshing. Pairs well with pools, swimsuits, and cabrewing.

Pumpkin Ale • ABV 6.0% - 31.5 IBU's• Amber appearance and pumpkin pie spice aromas, this pumpkin ale is brewed with Williamette and Fuggle hops that add pepper and spice notes. Full bodied mouth feel with a refreshing finish. Pairs well with raking leaves or cutting firewood.

American IPA • ABV 6.8% - 66 IBU's • Named after our Vizsla's, Oliver and Winston. This American IPA is Carmel in appearance and brewed with Nugget, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops. This beer packs a hefty bite of juicy flavors and citrus aromas. Full bodied with a crisp finish. Pairs well with hunting pheasants and throwing frisbee.

NEIPA • ABV 6.8% • Prepare for a smooth transition into hop heaven with this iteration of our Signal Switch NEIPA. We've dialed in the recipe, maintaining the vibrant tropical and citrus notes from the previous batch, while refining the hop profile for an exceptionally drinkable experience. This batch showcases a harmonious blend of Galaxy, Sabro, Citra, and Mosaic hops, delivering a juicy explosion of ripe mango, creamy coconut, zesty grapefruit, and lush berry aromas. This version of Signal Switch is crafted with a focus on balance and smoothness. Expect a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a significantly reduced hop bite, allowing the delicate fruit flavors to shine. The result is a hazy, golden brew that's both intensely aromatic and effortlessly refreshing. Perfect for those seeking the full spectrum of hop character without the harshness.

Light Lager • ABV 4.2% - 10.6 IBU's • Light in appearance, this single malt lager is brewed with German Hallertauer hops and patience. Clean crisp finish with notes of biscuit. Pairs well with couch coaching with your favorite sports critics.

Orange Vanilla Shandy • ABV 4.1% - 12 IBU’s • The top variant of our Searchlight family is brewed with Amarillo hops and blended with fresh orange juice and pure vanilla extract. This mid-bodied shandy finishes sweet and blends perfect with a champagne topper. Pairs great with breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Amber • ABV 5.5% - 31.5 IBU's • Dark amber in appearance with aromas of caramel and spice. Williamette hops and caramel malts provide this mid bodied smooth finishing ale with notes of butterscotch. Pairs well with any hard day's work and some grilled meat goodness.
